CREATE A SURVEY

How to Register and Launch a Survey

Survey Creation Guide: Step-by-Step Instructions

You are about to begin the registration process to create a judicial well-being survey on behalf of your judiciary, judges’ association, or judicial institution.

📝 Step 1: Complete the Registration Form

On the next page, you will be asked to complete a brief registration form. You will be required to provide details of the judiciary, judges’ association, or judicial institution you represent, along with your official contact information.

While no data related to individual survey participants is collected or stored by the platform, the details of registered users who create and manage surveys will be securely retained. This is necessary to verify authorization, ensure responsible use of the platform, and provide appropriate support throughout the survey process.

📄 Step 2: Upload Authorization Letter

As part of the registration process, you will be required to upload a formal letter of authorization confirming your authority to initiate a survey on behalf of your organization.

  • If you represent a judiciary, the authorization letter must be signed by the Chief Justice or an equivalent senior judicial officer.

  • If you represent a judges’ association, the letter must come from the President, Secretary, or another executive officer.

  • If you represent a judicial institution, such as a training or policy body, the letter should be issued by the Director or another person with equivalent authority.

To assist you, a template authorization letter will be provided on the next page to guide you in preparing the required documentation.

🔍 Step 3: Await Verification

Please note that registration alone does not grant immediate access to the survey creation platform. Once your registration and letter of authorization are submitted, your request will be reviewed by the project coordination team. Verification may take 3–7 working days.

Upon successful approval, you will be granted access to create and manage a customized, confidential survey using a validated questionnaire of your choice, tailored to the needs of your judiciary or institution.

Important: If the submitted documentation is incomplete, unverifiable, or otherwise deemed unsatisfactory, the project coordination team reserves the right to decline access to the survey platform.

📊 Step 4: Select a Questionnaire

Browse the available expert-developed questionnaires and choose the one that best aligns with the objectives and needs of your judiciary, judges’ association, or institution.

🧩 Step 5: Create Your Survey

Set a completion deadline for your survey based on your timeline. Once the survey is created, you will have the flexibility to adjust the deadline if needed.

🔗 Step 6: Share the Survey Link

Once your survey is created, a unique and secure link will be generated. You may distribute this link to judges within your judiciary, association, or institution via email or other trusted communication channels to invite participation.

Please note: This survey link is intended strictly for designated participants. Do not share it with individuals outside your authorized judicial body.

✅ Outcome: Receive Automated Report

Once the survey reaches its deadline—or is manually closed—you will receive an automatically generated report based on the collected responses. This report will be available for download and can be used to inform evidence-based discussions, planning, and reforms within your institution.

Continue to register

By continuing, you confirm that you have read and agree to the platform’s Terms of Use.
