The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)

The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) – Self-Test is a self-assessment tool designed to help individuals reflect on symptoms of occupational burnout, including emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment. It is widely used in workplace wellness research and is recognized as a leading instrument for identifying burnout-related experiences.

Please note that this tool is intended solely for self-reflection and educational purposes. It is not a diagnostic instrument and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The results are for personal insight only and do not constitute a clinical evaluation.  Your responses are anonymous and are not stored or shared. All data is processed temporarily and discarded when you leave the page.

⚠️ Important

If your results indicate a moderate or high level of burnout—or if you are experiencing distress, fatigue, or a loss of professional motivation—we strongly encourage you to consult a qualified health professional or mental health practitioner. Early recognition and appropriate support are key to managing burnout and restoring well-being.

In the event of a crisis, please seek immediate support from local mental health services or emergency care.
