This initiative was conceptualized to empower judiciaries, judges’ associations, and judicial institutions worldwide to conduct well-being surveys without financial barriers—while drawing on the expertise of leading international scholars, psychologists, and judicial well-being specialists. By offering access to validated questionnaires and a secure, state-of-the-art digital platform, the project facilitates anonymous, confidential data collection and analysis to support evidence-based reforms and meaningful institutional change.
The initiative is led by Justice Rangajeeva Wimalasena, and is supported in partnership with Australian Catholic University (ACU) through the Thomas More Law School. The project is partially funded by ACU and is managed by a dedicated interdisciplinary team that brings together legal, academic, psychological, and technical expertise to uphold rigorous standards, promote user accessibility, and ensure global relevance.
